The view from the hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are warm, cozy, and clean, and are attractively designed. The restaurant is convenient for when you've had a long day and don't want to venture out - although it is a little pricey.

We used the hotel as a base for trekking in the Torres del Paine National Park - we hired a pickup truck and drove the 90mins to/from the park each day. Our room was warm, clean and comfortable; exactly what you want after a day’s hike. The housekeeping service was excellent.

The hotel is set on a hill about 3km out of town. It is modern and has beautiful views of the lake as do ll the rooms. Breakfast was basic but good enough. Kettle in the room which was a bonus. Bettina on reception was super helpful and the hotel let us leave our luggage when we went to do the W trek. Would recommend

Everything, by far one of the best places that we booked during our trip. The staff was extremely friendly and they were incredible patients with us with all the last minute changes that we did. We are in love of this place.

Much better than expected, great view, would stay here again. Great value for price compared to other options in the area that charge more for basically the same thing.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is very comfortable, the triple room is a good size. The staff is very attentive, friendly, always willing to help. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was the best of our stay in Puerto Natales. Good location, all rooms have a wonderful view.

The view was amazing! Room was good and restaurant had enough options to choose from. Hottub was also great! (Not included in the room price)
